Int32Array

The Int32Array typed array represents an array of twos-complemenet 32-bit signed integers in platform byte order. See Int32Array on MDN

fromArray creates a Int32Array from an array of values. See TypedArray constructor on MDN

fromBuffer creates a Int32Array from an ArrayBuffer.t. See TypedArray constructor on MDN
